1. Free Trial Period
Luna English offers a 3-day free trial to all new users. During this period:
- No payment information is required to start
- Full access to all features and modules
- You may cancel at any time without any charges
- Trial automatically expires after 3 days if no subscription is purchased
We encourage you to fully explore Luna English during your trial to ensure it meets your learning needs.
2. Subscription Cancellation
2.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through:
- Profile Settings: Go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel
- Email: Send a cancellation request to sales@predictml.ai
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- Access to premium features will end after the billing period expires
- Your account and learning progress will be retained
2.3 Reactivation
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by making a new payment. Your previous learning progress will be restored.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your first subscription payment
- This is your first refund request for Luna English
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
3.2 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following cases:
- Requests made after 7 days from payment
- Second or subsequent refund requests
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violation
- Unused portion of subscription after 7-day period
- Partial month usage (pro-rated refunds not available)

4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Send an email to sales@predictml.ai with subject: "Refund Request"
- Include the following information:
- Your registered email address
- Date of payment
- Transaction ID or UTR number
- Reason for refund (optional but helpful)
- We will review your request within 2-3 business days
- If approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
5. Refund Processing
5.1 Processing Time
- Review: 2-3 business days
- Processing: 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank Credit: Additional 3-5 business days (depends on your bank)
5.2 Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method:
- UPI Payments: Refunded to the UPI-linked bank account
- Card Payments: Refunded to the same card
- Net Banking: Refunded to the bank account
6. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service:

- We will attempt to resolve the issue within 48 hours
- If the issue cannot be resolved, we may offer:
- Subscription extension

7. Special Circumstances
We may consider refund requests outside the standard policy in exceptional circumstances such as:
- Extended service outages (more than 48 hours)
- Billing errors on our part
- Medical emergencies (with documentation)

8. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback through your bank without first contacting us:
- Your account may be suspended immediately
- You may be barred from future subscriptions
- We reserve the right to dispute the chargeback
